Privacy
Policy

Effective date: January 1, 2026 · Last revised: January 2026

1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy is issued by GTE INVESTING, LLC ("GTE", "we", "us", or "our"), a limited liability company with its registered office at 3772 S Old Wood Pl, West Valley City, UT 84120, United States. This website, located at www.gteinve.shop, was developed and is maintained by GTE INVEST (the "Developer") on behalf of the company.

This Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our website or contact us, how we use it, the limited circumstances in which we share it, and the rights you may exercise. By using the website you accept the practices described here.

Quick summary. We collect only what you send us (contact details and your message) plus standard technical logs. We do not run advertising trackers, sell data, or profile you.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide

  • Contact and inquiry data. When you email us or submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address, organization (if provided), the service series you select, and the content of your message.
  • Engagement data. If an inquiry matures into a professional relationship, we may collect information required for that engagement — identification documents where legally required, entity documentation, and transaction records — under a separate engagement agreement.

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Server logs. Our hosting provider (Google Firebase) records standard request logs: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, referring pages, and timestamps.
  • No tracking cookies. This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, pixels, or fingerprinting.

3. How We Use Information

  • To read, sort, and respond to your inquiries;
  • To evaluate whether a proposed engagement fits within our service series;
  • To perform obligations under an executed engagement agreement;
  • To comply with legal, tax, anti-money-laundering, and record-keeping requirements;
  • To maintain the security and availability of the website;
  • To enforce our Terms of Service and protect our legal rights.

We process personal data only where we have a lawful basis — your request (pre-contractual steps), contract performance, legal obligation, or our legitimate interest in operating and securing a professional services website.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share data only in these circumstances:

  • Service providers. Hosting (Google Firebase / Google Cloud) and domain services (Spaceship) process data solely to operate the site under their own agreements.
  • Professional advisers. Attorneys, accountants, and regulators where required for a specific engagement or by law.
  • Legal compulsion. Where disclosure is required by law, regulation, subpoena, or court order, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of the company or others.
  • Business transfer. In connection with a merger, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to the acquirer honoring this Policy.

5. Data Retention

Inquiry emails and form submissions are retained for up to three (3) years unless a longer period is required by law or an active engagement. Engagement records are retained for the period required by applicable financial record-keeping rules, typically seven (7) years. When retention ends, records are deleted or irreversibly anonymized.

6. Data Security

We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to a small professional firm: access limited to personnel who need it, encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS) for all site traffic, provider-level infrastructure security through Google Cloud, and no public-facing databases on this website. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; if you believe a communication with us has been compromised, contact us immediately using the details in Section 11.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including Utah, other U.S. state privacy laws, and the GDPR/UK GDPR where applicable), you may have rights to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you;
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • Request deletion of information we no longer need;
  • Object to or restrict certain processing;
  • Receive a portable copy of information you provided;
  • Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent;
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To exercise any right, write to a.ishikawa@gteinve.shop. We respond within 30 days and may verify your identity first. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising privacy rights.

8. Children's Privacy

The website and our services are directed to adults and business counterparties. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. International Transfers

The website is hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure which may be located in the United States or other jurisdictions. By using the site you understand that your information may be processed where our providers operate, subject to the safeguards described above and the providers' own data-processing terms.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Policy from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted on this page with an updated revision date. Material changes will be noted prominently for a reasonable period before taking effect.
